In Martha vein
Located immediately east of the Pittsburgh-Idaho Mine.
Mine explored the Martha vein, the only vein in the Texas and Spring Mtn.Districts that was mined for gold.
First opened in 1908,inactive 1916-1918,reopened in 1921,idled 1921-1939,opened in 1939,closed for godd in Jan.1942.
Total underground workings are about 4200 feet,on 6 levels.Connected to the Pittsburgh-Idaho Mine transportation tunnel(P-I 400-level).Workings are no longer accessible.
Total gold productilo is about 15,720 ounces(avg./ton=0.6 ozs.).
