Cu mineralization with traces of former mining (or mining trials). Limestones were also mined here. Also, most likely, iron mining was once active in the vicinity.

Local geology includes silicified chlorite-quartz shales (e.g., by a road from upper part of the village to Grudno) and silicified limestones (e.g., by the Lipa-Mysłów road). Both bear some Cu minerals.

Old heaps, said to be located south to the village, could be connected with the Elisabeth (Cu) mine, but seemingly not much is known about the mine itself.

Hematite occurrences include the specularite variety in the silicified chlorite-quartz shales; the same variety forming veinlets in sandy shales (E slopes of Mt. Jodłowa); and quartz-albite lenses within chlorite-greystone shales and fragments of weathering cover (nearby Mt. Głogowiec; hematite likely formed via albitization of shales).

Malachite is also reported as impregnations on greenstone breccia occurring by the Lipa-Paszowice road.

Chabasite is reported from local basalts.
