RC112. Described as the principal mine on the field. There are two well defined quartz reefs called North and South, and several minor reefs.
In the western portion of the lease, a porphyry intrusion occurs, which also occupies a large portion of the neighbouring Kitchener lease on the west.
The main shaft is on the South reef, down 50 feet in porphyry which cross cuts the reef. Also on the South reef was a large open cut down to 20 feet on an irregular quartz reef. The North reef contained gold up to 30 oz to the tonne, and had three shafts down to 30 feet below the surface.
Gold was discovered here in 1899.
