Located approximately 62kms South-East of Mt Isa in Cloncurry Shire.
"The Kalman Deposit is located within the Eastern Succession of the Mount Isa Inlier. It occurs adjacent to the Pilgrim Fault Zone, a major crustal suture transecting the Mount Isa Inlier that separates the Wonga Sub-Province from the Ewan-Malbon Sub-Province. In the vicinity of Kalman the fault abuts the Corella Formation against Overhang Jaspillite" (Leahey et.al).
