This small water filled open pit is directly west of the Comet open pit. It is hosted in Archaean banded iron formations. The mineralisation occurs as quartz sulphide veins, under 1 metre to 5 metres wide, dipping 70 degrees east. The ore body plunges steeply north-west, and is a 150 metre long high grade gold shoot.
