This deposit (Distanov, 1964, 1977, 1983; Lapukhov, 1966; Sharov and others, 1998) occurs in the southeastern part of metallogenic belt and consists of massive, streaky, and disseminated barite-polymetallic metasomatite that is hosted in intensely schistose Early to Middle Cambrian volcanic rock.
