A large, and still operational, mine located just east of Mullan, Idaho.
Commodities (Major): antimony, cadmium, copper (10,000,001-12,000,000 lbs), gold (10,001-50,000 oz), lead (500,000,001-750,000,000 lbs), silver (50,000,001-75,000,000 oz), zinc (50,000,001-75,000,000 lbs)
Development Status: Current Producer
Host Rock Unit: Wallace Formation, St. Regis Formation, Revett Formation
Host Rock: Quartzite
Structure: Hook Anticline, plunges 75 degrees, hosts vein, Osburn Fault, Paymaster Fault, White Ledge Fault, Friday Fault, Star Fault
Alteration: Unknown
Deposit Type: Polymetallic veins
Tectonic Structure: Belt Basin

The mine's primary access and production are through the Silver shaft, an 18-foot (5.5 meter) diameter, concrete-lined shaft sunk to a depth of 6,200 feet (1,890 meters), over 2,800 feet (855 meters) below sea level.
