Vuggy calcareous concretions up to 10cm or more in size, embedded in clay overlying the Lockport dolostone. The clay pits were located near the intersection of South Bay Road and Gillette Road, southeast of Cicero village, but they are now built over with houses. Many finds were made by collectors in the 1960s.
