Friedensgrube is the old name for this mine when the so called "Friedensgruber Gang" (Gang i.e. vein) was worked on in the 17th century. When the mine was reopened for fluorite mining in the first half of the 20th century it was called Rückersberg mine, after 1952 the name changed to Lichtenberg mine.
The overgrown dumps are good for micromounts, larger specimen are difficult to find, the area is maybe nature protected.
