A former Ag-Zn-Au-Pb-Cu-U occurrence/mine located in the NE¼SE¼NE¼ sec. 36, T23N, R18W, G&SRM, on private land within a Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by Pat Patterson and Stanley George, Arizona (1976). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in granite. The ore body strikes N35W and dips 76SW at a width of 4.27 meters and a length of 60.96 meters. The mineralization is associated with a Late Cretaceous porphyry intrusion. The vein is brecciated. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30ºE. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally. Ore occurs on the hanging wall of the vein, with oxidized ore in a 4 foot wide zone on the foot wall side of the vein. Associated rocks include Neoproterozoic granite. Local rocks include Early Tertiary to Late Cretaceous granitic rocks.
Workings include unspecified underground openings with a length of 121.92 meters.
