13.3 x 9.4 x 5.8 cm. Pyrite and calcite are both very rare from this well-known Arizona locale, renowned for jackstraw cerussite specimens. A sharp, 3.5 x 2.8 x 2.3 cm, lustrous, brassy, well-striated pyrite pyritohedron is set atop large matrix of striking, sculptural, parallel-growth, flattened sprays of tiny, dogtooth calcite crystals. Older material, as a cloth label is attached to the back. Ex. Dennis Mullane Collection.
