11.9 x 10.4 x 4.4 cm. This unusual specimen from the famous mines in Trepca is notable for the fine pyrite blades, which are of very high luster and superb sharpness. They have replaced a previous generation of marcasite (one would assume from the crystal shape). The piece is brilliant and sparkling. The little white calcites atop, and the white quartz poking out around the periphery, make for a nice accent to the curving surface of golden pyrite.
