Mineralization is ore in stringers hosted in the Galiuro Volcanics Andesite. The ore zone strikes N70W and dips vertically. Dark purple, fine-grained vesicular porphyritic olivine andesite is the host rock. Copper minerals form films on wallrock and breccia. The ore zone strikes N70W and dips vertically. Ore control was a fracture zone in andesite.
Area structures include Tertiary block faulting trending NNW. Regional trends: minor Pre-Cretaceous E- and NE-trending folds and major Post-Cretaceous NNW-trending faults.
Workings include one shaft at 18.29 meters deep. Probably no production.
