Near Duminière barns (West of Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée)
Mineralization in mylonitic and cataclastic rocks along Vens-Claï Hercynian thrust fault.
Quartz, with schorl microcrystals, forms the cement of the mylonites.
Claï and Le Rivet veins follow the same thrust fault.
Several pegmatites with large plates of biotite are known in the same sector.
Other pegmatites veins, with schorl prisms (2-3 centimeters) have been observed in the region of Rabuons lake and near Malaterre peak.
