True blue beryl property; Shark claims
The Shark property is located 50km south of the Ross River and approximately 10km southwest of the Ketza River Mine in the Pelly Mountains in the Ketza-Seagull District.
The property comprises (in 2009) 94 contiguous mineral claims.
The dark blue aquamarine occurrences are in what is referred to as the "Shark Bowl".
In 2003 finds of deep blue beryl, similar to Maxixe-aquamarine but unlike that which is coloured by substituting elements (probably Fe2+). This makes the color stable.
Situated 100 km NW of Tsa Da Glisza (Regal Ridge) emerald prospect.
Part of the Shark property is the Guano Project along Guano Ridge and blue aquamarines were also found here.
