A 200x40 m lense-shaped soapstone body, N-S orientated. At least at two places there are signs of probably medieval use of the soapstone. In the southern part signs of the production of cooking pots have been observed (Berglund 1999), while in the NW an estimated 1000 m3 of blocks have been produced from a quarry.
The NGU coordinates do not seem to correspond with a picture of the quarry in the report on the locality, and more likely it is situated here: 65.66233819379575,12.296705245971681.
