Søvite outcrop in a protected area.
Translation from German into English of https://media.lgrb-bw.de/link/gtk/gtk_519.pdf (the nearby quarry with thermal springs):
"In the old quarry, the carbonatite of the Badberg massif is found in its typical form. The wall is badly weathered and colored brown by limonite. The carbonatite, a volcanic limestone, consists of over 90% coarse-grained calcite, along with phlogopite (a mica that expands when heated) and magnetite and rarely dysanalyte (niobium mineral). Halfway up (about 5 m above the floor) a tinguaite dike of grey-green fine-grained rock crosses the carbonatite. Several springs with a constant water temperature of 21 °C (thermal water) and only low discharge spring up in the area, which are led into a pool with a water treatment system."
