A former small surface and underground Au-Ag-W mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 1, T.24S., R.20E, on National Forest land. First produced 1900.
Mineralization is spotty gold and silver with some disseminated scheelite in quartz veins in Jurassic quartz monzonite intrusive.
Workings include a pit and shaft workings. Some gold-silver ore was produced from the mine and placers in the early 1900's and in 1939.
