"(Coming from Tallard). South of Gap on the N100B [currently the D900B]. Northeast on the N542 [currently the D942] to Saint-Étienne-le-Laus. After passing through the locality a road to the right leads to the Mont d'Aigle with calcite, chalcopyrite, and sphalerite. Azurite, calcite, and malachite on the sides of the D211 [currently the D211T] leading to the pilgrimage chapel." [Belot, 1978]
