Trachyte.
It is a heavily vegetated, conical hill ~20 m in height and ~100 m in diameter. The site is located ~1.8 km SE of the town of l’Avenir and may be accessed by vehicle, using the sugar cane field tracks off the Terre Rouge – Verdun – Trianon Link Road.
