Located about 20 kilometres north-east of the Ross River Resort, and 3 kilometres south of the Arltunga Road. First explored by Geopeko in 1982, and no information was found later than this. No track could be seen to the deposit.
Tremolite pods, viewed as small skarns, as discontinuous pods, the largest being 100 x 15 metres, the smallest 10 x 2 metres. The tremolite-diopside-actinolite pods are hosted by quartz-feldspar-biotite-sillimanite gneiss of the Hillsoak Bore Metamorphics. There are abundant pegmatites and aplite, and intrusive granite immediately to the north of the prospect.
The pods are on a hill, 600 metres long, and 100 metres wide, over a 1 kilometre strike length, trending east-west. Abundant malachite, and near surface azurite is found in all the pods, and somewhat dispersed also in neighbouring country rock. Within the pods are small marble lenses containing galena, and more minor sphalerite. Drill core results show abundant yellowish epidote, pink feldspar at depth, and minor andradite garnet.
Geopeko states the pods have a very limited depth and extent.
