Gold mineralization associated with Eocene phonolite and quartz monzodiorite stock and diatreme complex (Ripple, 2012). The prospect has been explored by a series of companies since the 1970's. In recent years parts of the target area have been extensively drilled.
Most minerals are very fine and dispersed. Other than pyrite, marcasite and gold (electrum) the identified minerals are rare and/or local.
