Located 10 kilometres north north-west of Albany, and is a large modern quarry, on the eastern slopes of Willyung Hill. Most is the Cemex aggregate quarry (2010), but further up the hill is a small quarry for the Albany Monumental Masons.
Willyung Hill consists of granite megacrystic grey biotite syenogranite, containing large well formed K-feldspar megacrysts, aligned with the north trending igneous foliation.
