Luterseegebiet (Alpe Netza; Luterseeberg), Sankt Gallenkirch, Bezirk Bludenz, Vorarlberg, Österreich
Ancient (turn of the 13th/14th century and later in the 19th and 20th centuries) iron mining on hematite and hematite-quartz veins in gneiss. The hematite veins can reach up to 10 cm in thickness (Kolitsch, 2015).
Note on the mineral list: siderite is said to be the ore mined here (Holdermann, 2011, 2015), but this is clearly incorrect.
