In pyroxenite.
Eardley-Wilmot reports that 1-1/2 tons was formerly shipped from this
occurrence. Some of the pits were put down in the years 1914 to 1918.
H. Edelstein did some surface work in the summer of 1939, and in October
of that year Puritan Mines, Limited, took over the property and carried on operations till March 15, 1940. The adit was driven by them during 1939 and 1940. The property in 1942 was owned by Ajax Tungsten and Molybdenite Mines,
Limited, and was acquired by Buckhorn Mines, Limited, in December, 1942.
