Several spodumene-bearing pegmatites hosted by high-grade metamorphic rocks (Rappold Complex of the Austroalpine Crystalline Unit).
The pegmatites form lenses, sills, and discordant dikes of variable thicknesses of up to 10 m, and can be traced along strike for 650 m at max.
Located around Bretstein, in a side valley of the Pöls valley.
