A large iron mining area, which was intensively mined between 1494 and 1892. The area is sub-divided in a northern and a southern district, each of which comprises several workings. The northern district includes the following adits: Hampestollen, Mittelstollen, Unterbaustollen, and Johann-Franzisci-Stollen. The southern district includes Barbarastollen and Josefstollen.
