Abandoned serpentinite quarry at Pilone Rocche, along the border between the municipalities of Piasco and Venasca, that exploited a large serpentinite body (Piemonte Zone of Calcschists with metaophiolites) embedded in mica schists of the Dora-Maira Massif.
