Devils Mountain Mine; Pacific Mine
A gold-nickel mine on Devils Mountain neat Mount Vernon. The geology consisted mainly of quartz and nickeliferous ankerite along a fault zone. It was developed by 300' of adits and 6375' of drilling. A resource of 15,000,000 tons of rock averaging 0.02 oz/ton gold and 0.2% nickel was defined.
A small amount of ore was produced in test shipments.
