In silicated marble containing lenses and pods of calcite. Consists of bulldozing, stripping, trenching, and an adit.
Canadian All Metals Explorations, Limited, was incorporated in January,
1955, with an authorized capitalization of 4,000,000 shares of $1 par value, of which 2,100,000 have been issued.
The company holds 12 claims (600 acres) in lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, concession
IX, and lot 6, concession VIII, Monmouth township, Haliburton county.
During 1955 an adit was driven, on which 490 feet of drifting and 642 feet
of crosscutting were done. About 300 feet of surface-trenching, 3 feet deep, was cut. Diamond-drilling consisted of 38 holes totalling 5,040 feet, from surface, and 4 holes totalling 531 feet, from underground. An average of four men was employed. A. A. Barton is manager.
Radioactive showings were explored in 1955 by bulldozing, trenching, diamond-drilling, and an adit. The diamond-drill program comprised 38 surface holes, totalling 5,040 feet, and 4 underground holes, totalling 531 feet. The under
ground development in the adit amounted to 642 feet of crosscuts and 490 feet
of drifts.
