Very small crystals of Diaboleite discovered at the opening of a narrow crack in a block of lead conglomerate from the north mine.
Locally we can see crystallizations of Cerussite in the appearance of translucent lamellae.
Find from the years 1976/78.

Très petits cristaux de Diaboléite découverts à l’ouverture d’une étroite fissure d’un bloc de conglomérat plombifère provenant de la mine nord.
Localement on peut voir des cristallisations de Cerusite sous l’aspect de lamelles translucides.
Trouvaille des années 1976/78.

Polysynthetic Mimetite crystals.
The prisms reduced to a minimum present only their summit faces with the truncations of edges giving the appearance of nail heads to these tabular crystals.
This unusual crystallization at Cap Garonne comes from the bottom of the Gavaresse research gallery O8/1982.

Cristaux polysynthétiques de Mimetite.
Les prismes réduits à minima ne présentent que leurs faces sommitales avec les troncatures d’arêtes donnant un aspect de têtes de clous à ces cristaux tabulaires.
Cette cristallisation peu courante à Cap Garonne provient du fond de la galerie de recherche de la Gavaresse O8/1982.
