Name:
Name used by S. G. Gordon (1924) on material collected from the Narsaarsuk pegmatite, Greenland, during his expedition there in 1923. Later Mandarion & Sturman (1978) found the mineral to be identical with gaidonnayite, which was described as a new mineral from Mt.St.Hilaire, Canada by Chao & Watkinson (1974).
