Name:
Presently unnamed mineral originally described by Moore (1970) and structurally characterised by Kolitsch (2004); paucity of material hinders submission to IMA. Not identical with the original laubmannite, the type specimen of which was later discredited as a mixture of dufrénite, kidwellite and beraunite.
A valid, but presently officially unnamed species which was originally described by Moore (1970) and later structurally characterised by Kolitsch (2004).
The original "laubmannite" was discredited as a mixture of dufrénite, kidwellite and beraunite.

Easily confused with other iron phosphates such rockbridgeite, dufrénite, beraunite, etc.
