Name:
Named in 1925 by Jules Barthoux in honor of Jean Baptiste Desiré Dussert (1872-1928), French mining engineer who worked in Algeria and General Inspector of Mines.
A secondary mineral and frequently an alteration product of arsenopyrite.
Some dussertite contains Sb replacing Fe (Kolitsch et al., 1999).
