Name:
Named in honor of Vladimir Georgievich Feklichev (Владимир Георгиевич Фекличев) (30 June 1933 - 1999), Russian petrologist, mineralogist and crystallographer.
Eudialyte Group.

Distinguished from eudialyte sensu stricto by ordering of Ca (at M1 and Na4 sites), dominance of ferric iron and niobium (at M3 site, located in the centre of ninefold ring). Other group members with essential Fe3+ are fengchengite, ikranite, and mogovidite. Chemically similar minerals are ferrokentbrooksite, golyshevite, and raslakite (the last Cl-rich).

An interesting feature is presence of some Mn at Si sites.
