A former crushed stone-sand & gravel operation located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 15, T3N, R6W, MDM, 0.7 km (2,300 feet) SSW of Black Point, S of state highway 37 pit. Operated by Black Point Aggregates, Incorporated. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. First full month of capacity production was in May, 1954, and produced crushed stone and washed sand and gravel for all purposes including concrete aggregate.
Local rocks include Upper Cretaceous marine rocks (?).
Workings include surface openings comprised of a pit.
