A former small underground Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au mine located in West-central sec. 25, T18S, R23E (Black Diamond Peak 7.5 minute topo map), approximately 1½ miles (2.2 km) SW of Black Diamond Peak, on private land. Produced 1921-1934. Operators included H. Hutchison, and J.S. Chambers.

Mineralization is base metal sulfides in small orebodies and vein-like deposits along faults in altered Cretaceous Bisbee Group limestone. Mineralization includes oxidized copper minerals.

Local structures include complex Tertiary faulting of Paleozoic and Cretaceous sediments. Tertiary intrusive beds strike NW and dip NE (variable). East-dipping, NW-trending thrust sheets dip steeply to overturned Cretaceous beds.

Workings include a shaft and adit. A few tons of ore were produced intermittently from 1921 to 1955.
