A former magnesite occurrence/mine located in sec. 12, T19S, R26E, MDM, 3.0 km (1.9 miles) ESE of Exeter, on the western slope of Rocky Hill. First production was in 1916. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
Workings include unspecified surface openings.
