A former small underground Ag-Pb-Au mine located in the NE ¼ sec. 11, T.20S., R.22E, on the south edge of Tombstone, on private land. Owned by San Marino Development Corp. (1962). Operated at times, or in part, by .C. Gilbert (1913); the Tombstone Mill & Mining Co., Tombstone Consolidated Mines Co., Bunker Hills Mines Co., and the Tombstone Development Co.

Local structures include the Tombstone Basin; NNE-trending granodiorite dikes, NE fissures.
Workings include a shaft(s). Up to 100,000 tons of ore were produced, mainly from 1884 to 1896.
Production was from the Goodenough claim and came through either the Toughnut or Empire shafts. 1879-1883 production was recorded under the Toughnut workings. The Goodenough claim includes workings between the Empire and Toughnut shafts. Described under the Empire Mine recored In 1884, production began from the Goodenough claim.
