A former W occurrence/claim/mine located in the NW¼ (estimated) sec. 31, T19S, R29E, MDM, 6.1 km (3.8 miles) WNW of Milo, along Yokohl Creek, SW of Blue Ridge (about 3½ miles E of the turnoff to Tulare County Mine and mill), and about 8 miles ESE of Exeter and about 8 miles NNW of Springville. Operated intermittently during 1954. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in limestone and granodiorite. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of an open cut, several prospect pits and a shaft which was being sunk in June, 1954.
