In 1831, Barncoose Mine and Wheals Druid (Druid's) and Fanny (the latter including Tregajorran Mine) were included with the sett.
Now largely obscured by industrial estates.
A small tip remains at the foot of the hill though it is largely overgrown. Some copper and some uranium minerals may be found. On the hillside above the tip is a long, deep open trench that follows the contour of the hill with a narrow cutting down the slope. It is however almost impossible to access in summer when the bracken etc. grows to over head height. Sept '22
