A former Au-Ag-Cu mine located in sec. 8, T31N, R5W, MDM, 4 miles SW of Redding.
Mineralization is a vein deposit (Deposit model: 85: Polymetallic veins), hosted in rocks of the Bully Hill Rhyolite unit (andesite).
Related tectonic structures incolude the Klamath Mountains.
