A clay deposit/prospect located in the NW¼NW¼ sec. 19, T11N, R17E, SBM, 4.3 km (2.6 miles) SSE of Hackberry Spring (coordinates of record), along the SE margin of Hackberry Mountain, on federal reservation land (Mojave National Preserve/East Mojave National Scenic Area). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 8 (Northern Mojave Desert).
