A magnesite-dolomite prospect located in sec. 29, T13S, R5E, MDM, 6.7 km (4.2 miles) ENE of Fremoint Peak (coordinates of record) and 7.2 km (4.5 miles) WSW of Ridgemark, at the mouth of North Canyon, western margin of the San Andreas Rift Zone, on state park land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 1 (Salinian Block).
