A W occurrence/prospect located in sec. 36, T8S, R31E, MDM, 4.3 km (2.7 miles) NE of Parchers Resort, and 7.4 km (4.6 miles) ESE of Aspendell, NW of Coyote Lake (4½ miles E of the South Fork Bishop Creek), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in granodiorite and limestone. The deposit is located at the contact between granodiorite and limestone, which is marked by a silicate zone 50 to 60 feet wide. Local rocks include Quaternary glacial deposits.
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of an open cut and an incline.
Analytical data results: Estimated to be greater than 1% WO3.
