A Au occurrence/prospect located in the NW¼ sec. 11, T14S, R22E, SBM, 6.3 km (3.9 miles) SSW of Picacho, on the divide between Arrastra Wash on the E and Burro Wash on the W. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in gneiss. The ore body strikes N10W and dips 55NE at a width of 1.83 meters and a length of 45.72 meters. A quartz vein parallels the foliation of the gneiss. Local rocks include Precambrian igneous and metamorphic rock complex.
Workings include underground openings comprised of 2 inclined shafts 125 feet apart, now collapsed.
