A reported placer Au occurrence/claims located in secs. 15, 21 & 22, T1N, R13E, MDM, 2.8 km (1.7 miles) SSW of the New Melones Dam, along the Stanislaus River. The property was comprised of 190 acres. Claims only, no Au reported. MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
NOTE: The geographic coordinates presented in both USGS MRDS files place this locality on the Tuolumne County side of the river. All 3 T&R sections provided lie partially in each county.
