A former pumice occurrence/mine located in the W½ sec. 18, T30N, R9E, G&SRM, 13.8 km (8.6 miles) NNW of Cameron, less than 0.5 mile NNE from the Shadow Mountain Navajo Indian Reservation.
The ore body is hosted in aphanitic volcanic rock. Local rocks include Holocene to middle Pliocene basaltic rocks.
