The spessartine sold as coming from here is actually from the Wushan Spessartine Mine, Tongbei, Yunxiao Co., Zhangzhou, Fujian [see Ottens, B. (2005). Tongbei. Spessartine localities, Fujian Province, China. Mineralogical Record, 36 (1): 35-43.].
Some other minerals may also be wrongly attributed (hematites are similar to those from Jinlong Hill, Longchuan Co., Heyuan, Guangdong).
