A pegmatite occurrence located in the NW¼ sec. 34, T.2.S., R.71W., about 20 miles northwest of Golden.
Mineralization is comprised of numerous small, zoned pegmatite exposures in gneiss.
Workings include 3 small sidehill cuts.
